Lee Frankel is a leading and highly respected recruitment professional in the Triangle business community. In 1994, Lee, together with her husband Rod Frankel, opened the first Raleigh office of an International Staffing organization.
As Frankel Staffing Partners’ principal owner and Director of Operations, Lee is a mentor, coach, and leader to all of her employees as well as an advisor, teacher and friend to countless job applicants. She is a trusted consultant and business partner to dozens of corporate clients and has always been the cohesive force in maintaining her company’s operational excellence. Lee is Frankel Staffing Partners’ lead recruitment and placement specialist, and is a recruiter of choice in the rapidly growing life sciences industry.
Prior to founding Frankel Staffing Partners, Lee held a senior management role with Arthur Andersen & Co., the international public accounting firm. Lee held various roles as a CPA and Human Resources Management professional, culminating in her assuming the role of Director of Manpower Utilization for the Metro New York area.

As President of Frankel Staffing Partners, Rod is proud to lead a highly respected, award-winning, local staffing firm that specializes in identifying quality employment matches between premier employers and top-tier applicants. The success of Frankel Staffing Partners is due, in part, to the extensive human resources and executive management experience that Rod brings to his leadership.
Rod's background is both exciting and diverse. He became a Senior Human Resources Executive with Club Med, the international hospitality company, following many years of traveling around the world assuming increasingly responsible roles within their resort communities. As the North American Director of Human Resources, Rod recruited throughout Canada, Mexico and the U.S. to fill hundreds of diverse positions at the Club Med properties.
Since his arrival in Raleigh to launch Frankel Staffing Partners, Rod has become an active participant in the local business community. He’s been a member of the Executive Committee of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, where he led the Membership Services Department and was Chairman of the Chamber’s Business Expo. Rod is the former Chairman of the North and Central AM Networks, a business networking and educational organization. He is also the former President of his Rotary Club and a past participant on both the Advisory Council of Goodwill Industries and the Wake Education Partnership. He currently serves on the Executive Board of Occoneechee Council of the Boy Scouts of America as the VP of Marketing and is active in training both youth and adults. Rod is actively sought as a speaker and trainer by many of the businesses and associations in the Triangle and throughout the country. |
