Frankel Staffing Partners is currently working with a well-established insurance company in Raleigh to identify candidates for an Administrative Assistant role. The individual selected for this role will support the Senior Executive and managers in the Information Systems Department with a wide variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

• Handle and distribute documentation including work orders, organizational charts and departmental lists

• Edit company badge photos and upload photos into internal system

• Manage schedules and calendars

• Assist with event coordination

• Create budget reports

• Coordinate travel and meeting logistics

Key requirements and factors of this position include:

• At least 2 years of administrative experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Must be able to adapt to days of varied paces

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

• College degree preferred
