Frankel Staffing Partners is currently seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive admin assistant/client relations associate to support a senior level team member of a local property management company. The ideal candidate will be a very bright, skilled, highly capable self-starter with a natural inclination toward client service and the ability to anticipate needs. This is a dually focused role with equal importance placed on the external and internal client support. The best candidates will be competent, excellent communicators, and have a natural cheerful attitude and helpful nature. 

Ideal candidate must be flexible to handle customer service duties by responding to homeowner’s inquires, but to also assist the senior level team member with paperwork concerning work orders, bids, design review requests, and notices and violations.  This position will also require candidates to coordinate mailings that list community updates, events, and notices.  Excellent attention to detail as well as writing skills are a must! 

We are seeking candidates with 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role, specifically handling client relations.  Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must, and a bachelor's degree is also required.  This is a great contract-to-hire opportunity and is paying $13 per hour.
