Our client, a Morrisville area clinical research organization in high growth mode, is actively recruiting for a can-do, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized candidate to assume key role on its global Talent Acquisition team.  While some experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting would be preferred, company will consider other highly capable candidates who have extensive experience scheduling meetings, etc. in Outlook.

Key things to note:

  • The company is in the midst of a hiring blitz.  Hundreds of candidates from all over the world will need to be interviewed, and the management of this effort will be exceedingly challenging.  This coordinator will lead this effort and we seek a top-notch candidate with the proven ability to maintain order in a high-volume, high-detail, and high-expectations setting.
  • This is a diverse role encompassing both independent and support tasks in a dynamic, collaborative setting.   Seek a versatile and team-oriented candidate who enjoys a juggling role and brings a “how can I help?” work style.
  • As a global company, interviews will be scheduled across timelines.   Seek candidate who is accustomed to complex scheduling, ideally in an international setting.
  • This position will begin as a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend (or possibly convert).  Compensation is estimated to be in the $18-20/hour range, commensurate with experience.

In addition, to interview scheduling, responsibilities will include greeting/escorting candidates to interviews, ATS upkeep, assisting with job postings and social media, processing background checks, handling candidate expense reimbursements, attending recruitment events, etc.  The pace is exceptionally fast and changes are constant.  Seek candidate with the demonstrated ability to keep a level head and a solutions-oriented manner in a dynamic setting. 

Targeted candidate will offer a BS/BA degree and 1+ years handling similar tasks in a high expectations setting.  Strong scheduling bkgd will be critical.  Life Sciences and/or Recruiting bkgd a plus.
