Customer Service Rep/Accounts Adjuster (Raleigh) - ($13-$14/hour)
Our client, a local financial services business specializing in individual loans, is actively seeking a helpful, patient, customer service oriented individual to assume an Accounts Adjuster role on its team. This well-established company strives to provide a supportive, employee-focused environment designed to foster their commitment to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction for all of their clients.
The Accounts Adjuster position will assist with the collection of customer loan installments, processing of repossessions, and preparation of collection notices.
Specific duties include:
- Communicating sensitive financial/collections information in a professional and respectful manner.
- Adding electronic and hard copy documentation into customer accounts.
- Answering and relaying incoming calls.
- Providing general office support including data entry, mail sorting, ordering/maintaining office supplies and printers, and assisting with special projects as needed.
The selected candidate will be a fast learner with a strong customer service background. While they are not requiring collections experience, it is important that this individual be a positive team player who will bring an open-minded, kind, and sympathetic demeanor, as well as a “how can I help” mentality.
The ideal candidate is an organized, motivated, and personable professional. Someone capable of providing courteous and polite account support, regardless of the nature of the call. Our client prides itself on excellent customer service and seeks a candidate who will extend that positive reputation.
This is a temp-to-hire position paying $13-$14/hour, with the potential for bonuses. Position is available immediately.
