Executive Assistant/Administrator – Senior “C” Level Executive (To $70s/Chapel Hill)
Seeking top-flight executive assistant for high profile role with highly successful, publicly-held financial services firm in Chapel Hill area.

This executive assistant will support a C-level executive who travels regularly and needs a seasoned "deputy" to manage in his absence. Company will pay excellent wage to attract the right person.
The right person.... a versatile and knowledgeable administrator who knows how to support a busy senior executive. One who combines smart organizational skills with expert computer skills, astute problem solving skills, reliable and productive administrative capabilities and a polished and professional presentation. One who can readily gain the trust and respect of constituents such that they know that their needs will be met. Exceptional communication skills expected.
Extensive experience handling complex and urgent scheduling, travel arrangements and meeting coordination will be critical. Demonstrated mastery of Word, Outlook and Excel assumed and important. This Administrator will also be involved in supporting a wide range of Business Development, Public Relations, Operations and Marketing matters. Seek curious and business-savvy professional who can and will contribute broadly.
This is a high profile role and requires an excellent person. Targeted candidate will offer 5+ years of administrative support experience, including substantial experience providing impeccable support to a C level executive in a similar, high expectations setting. BA/BS expected. Some overtime will be involved.
