Executive Assistant/Office Admin (Emerging Pharma) - Top $$/Direct Hire
Seeking top-flight administrator to assume diverse and challenging role with an emerging pharmaceutical firm in Raleigh. This is a Direct Hire position and an immediate need.
Company is undergoing tremendous expansion. The setting is dynamic and fast-paced. The position will involve supporting a senior level executive who travels regularly and who needs a seasoned "deputy" to manage in her absence. Role will also involve Office Admin duties including supplies, equipment upkeep, expense reporting (in Concur), conference room management, kitchen upkeep, etc. This is an important role, and Company will pay excellent wage to attract and retain the right person.

This individual is the office “hub” and we seek a candidate who enjoys being the point-person.
Targeted candidate will offer 5+ years providing high quality administrative support in a similar, high expectations setting, including 2+ years working in an Executive Assistant role. Extensive experience with travel arrangements, calendaring, document production and executive scheduling are expected and important. Experience in Concur and Meeting Coordination both desirable. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a leveraged and empowered setting absolutely essential. Some overtime may be involved.
