Executive Assistant/Office Manager (Venture Capital Firm) – Direct Hire/Chapel Hill
Our client, a leading venture capital firm located in Chapel Hill, is seeking an exceptionally skilled and versatile candidate to join its team.

This high profile role involves both Executive Assistant and Office Administration tasks.
- Executive Assistance – This role will work with the firm’s senior team members providing broad-based support including calendar/email management, travel arrangements, team meetings, expense reporting, etc.
- Office Management – This role will manage office support functions including team event planning, equipment upkeep, document production, database management, supplies, etc.
- Communications – This role will regularly liaise with a broad constituency including partners, executives, vendors and employees. Exceptional poise, discretion and professionalism will be essential.
Targeted candidate will offer a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years supporting executives. Superb organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail are expected and essential. As important, we seek a real go-getter – one who will “own the administrative functions” so that her/his colleagues/supervisors can focus on their tasks. Longevity in previous positions and record of impact will be critical.
