Frankel Staffing Partners has an immediate opening available with our commercial property management client in the RTP area. 

We’re seeking a top-notch Administrative Assistant to support the Office Manager, the Building Manager and the Suites Coordinator.

Our client offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow with their organization – they are ready to provide a “home” to a great candidate. Someone who is capable of learning tasks quickly and readily, with stellar attention to detail.  We need a team player with strong leadership qualities. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse skill-set, who is not “above” any task.

Key things to note:

  • This is a highly visible position requiring 4+ years traditional admin experience.
  • This is a small company (21 employees) with 4 divisions. This role is for the property management division but will also assist employees of the other divisions.
  • There is room for growth and they hope that this role will eventually turn in to an Office Management position
  • Proven longevity in prior roles is a must.
  • This role is back-up to Reception, 30 minutes every day.

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Field requests from employees and tenants for problems with the HVAC, plumbing, janitor, telephone, mail, etc. (Either fix the problem or call the appropriate repairman).
  • Assign security badges
  • Give tours of building for potential tenants
  • Prepare lease document
  • Prepare suite when new tenant moves in
  • Connect printer to tenant’s computers
  • Backup for posting, sorting and distributing mail
  • Office supply ordering
