Front Desk Administrative Support (IT, Temp-to-Hire) – Cary, Up To $40k
Our client, a leading provider of IT services, is actively recruiting for a personable, competent candidate to provide administrative and personal assistant support.
This is a hybrid role with a professional company that works with a variety of clients. This specific position will support several departments, and will involve Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant, and Front Desk duties. We seek an extremely capable, proven, and proactive point-person who offers adaptability, initiative, effective time management capabilities, problem solving, and resourcefulness – someone who will take pride in their work, even in the tasks that may seem miniscule.
Responsibilities will include:
- “Meet and greet” functions
- Answer phones and transfer calls appropriately
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate employee travel
- Schedule meetings
- Manage calendar and data for President
- Run reports in Excel
- Onboarding duties for new employees
- General upkeep of office – maintaining tidiness in kitchen and conference rooms
Targeted candidate will offer 3-5 years professional experience in a reception/administrative position, and/or comparable experience. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) proficiency and strong writing skills expected and required. Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail will also be required.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that will pay $40K, with a schedule of 8:30am-5:30pm. Growth potential exists for the right candidate. Driving will be required in this position.
