Our client, a national staffing firm in the Raleigh area, is seeking a friendly, outgoing and flexible Front Desk Coordinator to join its recruitment team. This is an excellent foot-in-the-door opportunity with a top-notch recruiting firm. It’s the perfect chance for someone wanting to expand their HR experience and gain valuable insight into the industry.

This coordinator will answer phones and greet visitors, handle data entry, collect payroll documents, order office supplies, help coordinate catering and lunch reservations, and manage visitors during the interviewing process. In addition, this person will be responsible for opening the office and getting things ready for the day.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent plus two years of related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

This is a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity paying $12/hr. Schedule will be 7:45am-4:30pm.
