Inside Sales (Software; Recent Grads Welcome) – $30s+/Flexible Schedules
Our client, an RTP area technology company that is poised for enormous growth, is actively recruiting for several sharp, articulate and highly motivated candidates to assume key roles on its Inside Sales team. While some sales bkgd would be a plus, company will train high potential candidates. This is an outstanding foot-in-the-door Software Sales opportunity.
This company offers an array of software solutions to its clients. It aggressively advertises and offers free downloads of its products. These Inside Sales reps follow up with customers/prospects with the goal of engaging them for future sales. These are Lead Qualification roles and require candidates who are natural relationship builders.
The company will offer flexible schedules that can accommodate other obligations. Will consider traditional first shift (8a-5p; 8:30a-5:30p, etc.) but company is also open to 6a – 3pm, 12p – 8p, etc. Great opportunity for those who need a modified schedule.
Specific duties will include:
- Prospect to create and qualify opportunities
- Meet activity metrics for calls, e-mails, and opportunity creation as set by the sales directors
- Provide or arrange customer demos as needed
- Obtain detailed information on customers
- Maintain accurate records
- Clearly articulate product advantages and qualify customers when there is a match
- Consistently achieve goals and take ownership
This is an entry level role that will begin with classroom-based training (1 week) and ongoing one-on-one coaching and mentoring. The right candidate will bring tremendous self-motivation, while also being a great listener who will absorb the training offered.
Other requirements/qualifications of a successful candidate:
- Tech-savvy with an aptitude to learn new software quickly and efficiently
- Bright and articulate, with an energetic phone presence
- Personal drive and intense desire to succeed
- Bachelor's degree preferred
