Interviewing Specialist (Raleigh/Multiple Needs) - $16/hour; Contract to Start
Our client, a Raleigh-based company that is undergoing substantial growth and change, has multiple Interviewing Specialist roles available on its HR Recruiting team. If you or someone you know would be interested, we would be eager to speak with you. This company has ~5000 employees – all across the country - and is constantly recruiting for new associates to join its team. Working off of a database of applicants, this role involves interviewing potential candidates for specific project-based assignments. These are phone-based interviews with candidates from across the country.
Ideal candidates will have some experience interviewing/screening/recruiting applicants but our client will consider other high potential candidates with exceptional communication/client service skills.
Other requirements for this role include:
- Engaging personality; must enjoy interacting with others via the phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Reliability and flexibility

The schedule will be variable and will consist of evening and weekend hours. Pay rate will be $16 per hour.
