Part-Time Member Support Representative (Banking, Call Center, 25 Hours/wk) - $14/hr, Cary
Our client, a credit union in Cary, is actively recruiting for a very customer-oriented and reliable individual to join its Customer Service Team. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), who will maintain a positive, helpful attitude.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answer inbound calls
- Maintain professional correspondence via email and online chat
- Provide technical support to customers’ online accounts
- Assist with loan payment processing
- Various administrative duties as assigned
Our client is targeting those with the ability to handle a high call volume while upholding high company standards. This Member Support Representative must also be willing to take on a range of duties as needed. Tasks will be varied and the pace will be fast, so candidates will need to be flexible to shift gears quickly. Ideal candidates will a background banking or financial services, prior call center experience mandatory.
This is a PART TIME, temp-to-hire position, paying $14/hour. The schedule will be 12pm-5pm, Monday through Friday, with required flexibility to work a rotating Friday schedule until 6pm and the occasional morning shift.
