An award winning residential property management company in Cary seeks a part time Receptionist to join their dynamic team. This is a great foot in the door opportunity to be the “face” of an established company. Prior front desk experience is not required but would be beneficial.

If you are the type of person who is warm, engaging and likes to make people feel welcome, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones
  • Taking messages and transferring calls
  • Greeting visitors and clients
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Collecting and mailing correspondence
  • Other office support duties as needed

In addition to the typical reception duties, this position will take direction from the accounting department regarding invoices and clerical duties.

An accounting background is not required but the ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.  

The hours are M-TH from 1pm-5pm and 8am-Noon on Fridays. This is an indefinite temporary position, with possible chance of permanent employment in the future. If interested, please submit your resume in MS Word format.
