Receptionist (Pharma, Durham), long term temporary, up to $35K
Our client, a contract research organization in the RTP area, is seeking candidates that are outgoing, friendly, presentable who enjoy greeting people and answering phones.
While the primary responsibilities will include answering/triaging calls and greeting visitors, other administrative and clerical tasks will be added like keeping the supply room stocked, and helping set up lunches for meetings.
Ideally, the client seeks an individual some receptionist experience in a corporate environment, along with excellent attention to detail and intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly flexible, eager-to-please nature is also sought. This individual will be both the voice and face of the company, so professional communication skills, demeanor and image are important.
This is a long-term temporary role, with potential for it to become permanent. Compensation offered will be $30K-$35k.
Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. If interested, please submit your resume in MS Word format.
