Our client, a Cary-based company that provides IT Service Management, is actively recruiting for a very bright, organized, multitasker to join its Customer Success Management team This is a temporary assignment with potential to go perm, for the right fit. It is an immediate need.  

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others and has experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Salesforce.

This position will focus on administrative support for the Customer Success team. With a primary function of generating quotes, data entry/analysis and other administrative duties, as assigned.

Target candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Experience in a software supportive type role. 
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • General administrative skills, in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • Independent, self-starter who can execute with some direction & training. 
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Quote generation experience that would be a huge plus.
