This position involves working within a close-knit team as a recruiter and account coordinator, providing service and support to a diverse selection of companies and industries, with a diverse range of needs.  Placements will include temp-to-hire, direct hire and temporary/contract positions, primarily in Administrative and Executive Support, Customer Service, Legal, Marketing/Events, Accounting/Financial and a variety of other Office Support functions. 

This is not a sales role and we are not seeking a sales background. This is a sourcing and staffing position.  We need a recruiter who enjoys and succeeds in both the “hunt” for candidates, as well as the relationship building involved in overseeing client accounts. An independent self-starter who takes a proactive approach to recruiting, while also performing exceedingly well as part of a collaborative, committed and supportive team. Someone who loves helping people find their right fit with a company (and company with an employee), while also helping their colleagues do the same for their candidates and clients. We strive to work as a team to make a difference in the lives and businesses of our candidates and customers and seek a recruiter who is eager to be a part of this.

Our ideal candidate will possess an “overachiever” personality combined with good instincts for assessing people, situations and solutions. We want a self-motivated, self-directed recruiter offering a flexible work style, combined with excellent prioritization and time management skills4+ years of recruiting experience is needed. A professional demeanor and outstanding ability to keep pace and juggle multiple priorities is critical. BA/BS degree is preferred.
