Our client, a reputable residential and business property management company located in Raleigh, seeks an Administrative Assistant. 

This is an excellent position with a longstanding company that has served the area for over 25 years. The ideal candidate will be a very bright, highly capable self-starter with a natural inclination toward client service – someone who will thrive in a busy role and be comfortable wearing multiple hats. This is a great opportunity to join a team with an average staff tenure of about 10 years and excellent growth potential for the right candidate.

We seek those who offer exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), as well as a positive, helpful attitude. Ideal candidate must be flexible to handle a range of duties, including responding to homeowner inquires, transferring calls, talking with vendors and supporting the property manager. Excellent attention to detail as well as follow-up skills are essential.  

Requirements/Qualifications: 

  • High school degree and professional business experience required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn industry specific software

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours. Offered compensation will be $15/hour. In addition, our client offers strong benefits upon permanent hire.
