Frankel Staffing Partners, a niche Recruiting and HR Consulting firm in the Raleigh area, is actively recruiting for an exceedingly capable and versatile candidate to join its team

This is a new role created to accommodate growth.  It involves a variety of responsibilities supporting our Professional Services team including HR & Recruiting support, Marketing and Social Media, IT support and administrative tasks.  If you or someone you know would be interested, we would be eager to connect.

Key Things to Note:

  • The Professional Services division partners with clients in the Life Sciences, Financial, Legal, Technical, etc. fields to identify quality candidates to fill key rolesThe Recruiting process involves a lot of steps and this Administrator will be in the middle of it all (sourcing, scheduling, screening (testing, references, etc.), onboarding, etc.). Seek highly organized candidate who enjoys being the hub.
  • This position will also involve assisting with Marketing and other social media efforts.  Seek creative candidate with a keen eye for detail and social media savvy. 
  • Finally, this Administrator will act as a backup for in-house technology functions. Seek candidate with an aptitude for learning new technology. Training will be provided.
  • This is a highly collaborative role and involves interface with many colleagues, companies and candidates.  We seek congenial, professional and responsive candidates with a strong “how can I help?” inclination.

Targeted candidates will offer a related degree and 1+ years of business experience. Some experience working in a corporate setting is preferred. Recent grads with strong GPAs and some business internship experience will also be considered.
