Our client, a residential property management firm in the North Raleigh area, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their compliance team. This is great opportunity for a seasoned administrative assistant that wants to join a solid company, with long term potential. 

Duties will include: 

  • Answering Phones. 
  • Processing paperwork. 
  • Entering data. 
  • Submitting confidential information to 3rd party agencies/vendors. 
  • Additional clerical duties as assigned. 

Ideal candidates will have: 

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience. 
  • The ability to multi-task and have strong attention to detail. 
  • The ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner. 
  • Good Word and Excel skills. 
  • Some QuickBooks experience will be helpful but not required. 

Our client is seeking a “go-getter” personality, who is eager to ask for more work when finished with tasks. This person will be working closely with other team members, and they are looking for someone with a pleasant outlook to complete the team. Candidate will also need to be able to work quickly and be able to effectively own projects, so that they are finished in a timely manner.
