Our client, a large financial institution headquartered in Raleigh, is seeking multiple clerical professionals to enhance their expanding operations team by performing a variety of administrative processing duties to facilitate clients' needs. These are essential clerical roles that aim to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting by reviewing business processes, documentation, systems, and accounts. 


This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to gain or expand their experience in financial services. While clerical in nature, positions are diverse and important. We need candidates who are flexible to support a variety of tasks critical to maintaining compliance, accuracy, and the integrity of their information reporting system. This department is also responsible for account verifications and general government agency requests so strong data entry skills, attention to detail and the ability to sustain the highest levels of confidentiality is key.


Core responsibilities include: 

System review - Maintains the integrity of information reporting systems through daily maintenance and review. Ensures all accounts are properly set up and monitored for changes, and all relevant information is uploaded.

Reporting and data entry - Compiles information in response to requests from the Social Security Administration, Medicare, Medicaid, the IRS, and other companies and agencies.

Account support - Provides general client service and support; maintains communication throughout all account and compliance activity.

Compliance - Trained to maintain knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, agencies, and policies as well as the appropriate actions to take to ensure compliance. 


Our client is open to a variety of backgrounds including finance, banking, compliance, general operations, as well as strong administrative and clerical support. We seek capable, conscientious candidates who are open to learning the back-office operations of a financial institution and eager to provide excellent customer service to clients, other agencies, and internal staff.


This is an on-site, full-time, 6-month contract position. Possibility for future permanent employment for strong performers. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm, in Raleigh, NC. Position pays $18-20/hr.
