Claims Assistant (Insurance, Raleigh) – Temp-to-Hire, $15/hr
Our client, a rapidly growing insurance company in the Raleigh area, is actively recruiting for a sharp, organized, and detail-oriented Claims Assistant to join its Claims Department. This is an excellent foot-in-the-door opportunity for candidates that wish to gain valuable experience with a longstanding company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Receive and index incoming mail
- Answer department calls
- Perform data entry
- Provide clerical assistance to team and manager, i.e. – copying, faxing, diary entry, filing, new claim set up
- Maintain database
- Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as needed
We seek those who work well in a team setting, as well as maintain productivity independently. Ideal candidates will offer a four-year college degree or comparable work experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
