Our client, a rapidly growing insurance company in the Raleigh area, is seeking a responsible, efficient clerical professional to join its team. We are targeting self-motivated candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working independently.

This Clerical Associate provides important support to the Operations and Records departments. Ideal candidate will be highly reliable and possess a strong work ethic. Tasks may be repetitive, so sustained focus and excellent attention to detail will be essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Review policy documents, letters, and other documents
  • Prepare documents for mailing
  • Enter data into an internal database
  • Maintain weekly production reports
  • Perform various administrative duties as assigned

Our client is targeting quick learners who are willing to take on a range of duties as needed – being flexible and able to multi-task is critical for success. Ideal candidates will offer previous data entry and/or clerical experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

This position is temp-to-hire and paying $15/hr. Client provides generous benefits to permanent employees.
