Our client, a rapidly growing insurance company in the Raleigh area, is seeking a highly enthusiastic and efficient professional to join their team. We are targeting self-motivated, customer service driven candidates with the ability to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a strong problem-solver that is looking to enhance their customer service skills in a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates will be highly reliable and focused, with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include:

Answering high call volume

Organizing documents

Entering data into spreadsheets

Assisting with policy file transfers

Various administrative duties as assigned

Our client is targeting those who are quick learners and who are willing to take on a variety of duties as needed. Being flexible and able to multi-task is critical for success. Ideal candidates will offer previous data entry and/or clerical experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Candidates must also be open to obtaining their Property & Casualty License once on board with the company.

This position is temp-to-hire and paying $34k-$36k, depending on experience. Interested and qualified candidates should forward resumes in MS Word format.
