Client Support Specialist (Insurance) - $34-36K
Our client, a rapidly growing insurance company in the Raleigh area, is seeking a highly enthused and efficient professional to join their team. We are targeting self-motivated, customer service driven candidates with the ability to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a strong problem-solver that is looking to enhance their customer service skills in a supportive team environment.
Ideal candidates will be highly reliable and focused, with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering high call volume
- Organizing documents
- Entering data into spreadsheets
- Assisting with policy file transfers
- Various administrative duties as assigned
Our client is targeting those who are quick learners and who are willing to take on a variety of duties as needed. Being flexible and able to multi-task is critical for success. Ideal candidates will offer previous data entry and/or clerical experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Candidates must also be open to obtaining their Property & Casualty License once on board with the company.
This position is temp-to-hire and paying $34k-$36k, depending on experience. Interested and qualified candidates should forward resumes in MS Word format.
