Customer Care Representative, Garner, 3pm-8pm M-F, $14/hr
Our client, a locally operated HVAC company, needs a highly competent and service-oriented customer care representative for their office located in the Garner area. We're seeking an experienced, capable individual with a friendly and helpful demeanor and a strong work ethic to join the team. An ideal candidate will offer a solid customer service background, preferably in a call center environment, and will successfully work with customers to be a natural problem solver with a ‘how can I help?’ attitude. In addition, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a busy, sometimes hectic environment is needed.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and HVAC technicians with scheduling, coordinating, and routings service calls. This a great opportunity with an established HVAC company that prides itself on its stellar client service. In addition, this is a very team-oriented, down to earth environment, where the management works hard for their employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Taking a high volume of inbound calls
- Making outbound calls to schedule recurring services during downtime
- Responding to 400-500 texts per day
- Taking payments and updating billing information
- Assisting with account and invoice related questions
This is an immediate, part-time need that is paying $14 per hour. Position offers a schedule of 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday. If interested, please submit your resume in a Word format.
