Customer Service Agent, Financial Services (English/Spanish Needed) - $38-$42K
Our client, a Raleigh-based firm that provides financial and customer support to Fortune 100 companies across the globe, has an immediate need for a compassionate, patient, and client service-oriented individual to join its Operations team in this temp to hire role. The client is targeting Customer Service candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish.
The firm (a large law firm) assists companies/banks in setting up payment plans for customers who are struggling to pay back debt. Their customers may be overextended on credit cards, mortgages, etc. These Customer Service Agents work with the customers to set a plan that will work for them.
The firm provides a well-rounded training program to anyone who is eager to learn!

Specific duties include:
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Communicate by phone and electronically with client representatives and other individuals in a timely and thorough manner
- Process payments
- Update electronic case files
- Manage a personal collections portfolio
- Support other Agents when needed, as well as handle other duties as assigned.
