Our client, a global supplier of the patented jewel Moissanite, is actively recruiting for a very bright, articulate, and customer-oriented individual to join their Customer Service Team. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), who will provide positive and informed support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities will include:

•   Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat 

•   Navigating system to check order status 

•  Updating accounts and documenting conversations in database

•  Interpreting order and related information from printed reports

• Assisting customers with product specific issues and providing solutions. 

Our client is targeting those who are willing to take on a range of duties as needed, while maintaining a sunny disposition, even in difficult situations. Tasks will be varied, and the pace will be fast, so candidates will need to be flexible to shift gears quickly. Ideal candidates will offer a four-year college degree or comparable work experience. Experience in product-based customer service roles is preferred.  

This is a contract position that will have an immediate start and last through mid-late February of 2021. Pay will be $12-15 per hour, based on experience. The client does not allow any time off from the beginning of October through the first week of January. Candidates must also be able to work the day after Thanksgiving and the Saturday following.
