Customer Service/Dispatch (Sales and Service), $14-16/hr – Garner
Our client, a global manufacturer of material handling equipment located in Garner, is actively recruiting for an upbeat and customer focused individual. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a more casual environment with a fun and outgoing team. They want someone is who is laid back but also professional.
This position will be fast paced and involves learning and navigating several operating systems, in addition to dispatching service technicians.
The number of calls can be anywhere from 40-60 a day from Customers and Technicians alike, along with other projects.
Other responsibilities include:
- Receive service repair and maintenance requests from customers
- Assign service orders and dispatch field service technicians
- Process work orders and parts orders
- Generate invoices for mailing
- Enter maintenance agreements into software
- Various clerical duties as assigned
Our client is targeting those willing to take on a range of duties as needed. Tasks will be varied, so candidates will need to be flexible to shift gears quickly.
Ideal candidates will offer prior customer service experience in an office setting and strong computer/data entry skills. Dispatch experience a plus.
This is an indefinite temporary position with the potential to become permanent. Schedule will consist of 40 hours per week, and offered pay is $14-16/hr. Immediate start.
