Customer Support/Financial Services (Recent Grads Welcome) – Raleigh/ To $17/hour
Our client, a highly successful bank headquartered in Raleigh, is actively recruiting for several bright, capable and articulate candidates to assume join its Client Services team. These candidates will work with customers to resolve outstanding/late accounts in a compassionate and productive manner. There are several positions available and positions will start immediately.
This is a long-term temporary position and is a great entry-level opportunity for those looking to get their foot in the door in the financial services industry; recent college graduates are welcomed to apply.
These Resolution Specialists are responsible for the collection of past due payments on various consumer accounts, by phone, while upholding high standards for the customer experience. Specialists will ask fact-finding questions to ensure a complete understanding of customers reason for delinquency and work with the customer to establish payment arrangements or other options with the goal of bringing the account current. We seek candidates with strong financial acumen and a great, supportive customer service demeanor.
Key things to note:
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (overtime available)
Location: Raleigh office
Wage: $16-17.75 an hour
Ideal candidates will offer:
- Some experience in customer/client service and/or financial services
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in technology and managing databases
- Strong math skills and some financial analysis knowledge
