Employee Support Specialist (HR Inquiries) - $18/hour (Recent Grads Welcome)
Our client, a Raleigh-based company that is undergoing substantial growth, has an immediate need for two bright, capable, and service-oriented candidates to join its Employee Support Team.
This company has ~5000 employees – all across the country - and is constantly recruiting for new associates.
These Specialists will respond to inbound calls from field-based employees, including questions relating to benefits, payroll, upcoming assignments, and any issues that may arise pertaining to their current assignment. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy problem-solving and being a resource to others.
Some roles will involve staffing/scheduling employees to projects and other assignments. Bkgd in Recruiting, Staffing or Scheduling would be a plus.
Key things to note:
Start date: ASAP
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
These positions will be 2-3 months. “Permanent” opportunities are available for those who thrive.
We seek client-centric candidates with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong customer service skills will be essential. Experience in Call Center environment a plus.
