Our client, an RTP area medical association, is actively recruiting for a sharp, savvy professional to assume key role on its Marketing team.  

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team, developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the entire organization.

Specific duties include: 

  • Email Marketing 
    • Management and delivery of the ASE weekly e-newsletter
    • Coordinate and deliver email blasts (~300 emails per year) including monthly educational newsletter, foundation newsletter, advocacy updates, membership promotion and renewals, etc. 
  • Print Marketing Material Production and Oversight
  • Develop, coordinate, monitor and oversee calendars and timelines for the marketing department and its campaigns
  • Assist in the production of advertisements
  • Coordinate creation and placement of print and digital ads
  • Develop and produce collateral materials
  • Coordinate external trade show and exhibit program
  • Obtain exhibit room blocks for volunteers/staff
  • Coordinate exhibit booth graphics, purchase/rental of exhibit booth equipment/materials
  • Manage marketing shipments to events
  • Provide analytics post-event (products/memberships sold, expenses versus income, etc)
  • Exhibit Coordination

Targeted candidate will offer a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.  Experience working with a membership association highly preferred.  Other priorities include:

  • Exceptional writing/editing skills with an eye for detail
  • Superb project management and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects/programs that involve multiple stakeholders
  • Limited travel may be required
