Our client, a Cary-based cardiology clinic, is actively recruiting for a Medical Receptionist to join its administrative team. This is a multi-specialty clinic that is eager to add to their growing team. This is a great opportunity with a reputable local practice offering great compensation and benefits.

This is a high-volume medical practice seeking reliable candidates who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who demonstrates strong customer service skills, good follow-through and organizational skills, as well as ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Process incoming referrals within a timely manner
  • Schedule new patient appointments
  • Update patient demographics in EMR system
  • Correspond with referring providers and patients
  • Advise new patients on MyChart patient portal and e-check in process
  • Various clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Ideal candidates will offer at least 1+ yrs of medical office and insurance verification experience. Experience using EPIC is a plus, but not required. Other priorities include a compassionate and “how can I help?” customer service attitude and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that is paying $15/hr+. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm working on-site in their Cary office. This position is available immediately. Please submit your resume in MS Word format for prompt consideration.
