Our client, a Cary-based cardiology clinic, is actively recruiting for a Medical Receptionist to join its administrative team. This is a multi-specialty clinic offering state-of-the-art treatments and comprehensive, customized care. This is a busy, high-volume clinic, and we seek reliable candidates who will thrive in a dynamic setting. Equally important – we seek candidates who will uphold the practice’s patient-focused mission.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a high volume of calls and directing calls appropriately
  • Greeting patients and visitors
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with referring inquiries
  • Updating patients’ information in EMR system
  • Various clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Ideal candidate while offer at least a year of administrative/office experience. Medical office and Epic experience as well as bilingual abilities (Spanish and English) are a plus. 

Other priorities include a compassionate and “how can I help?” customer service attitude and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opening that will pay $15/hr+. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Please submit your resume in MS Word format for prompt consideration.
