Our client, a reputable wealth management firm located in Raleigh, seeks a professional, welcoming, and client-service-oriented Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

This firm provides comprehensive financial services to a wide range of clientele. This Receptionist will be a proud ambassador of the firm. They will act as the “face-of-the-company” while also providing office support to various members of the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile self-starter to gain valuable experience within the finance industry.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the reception area, greeting clients and guests of the firm
  • Answering and triaging phone calls
  • Handling data entry and record upkeep in the system
  • Supporting office projects as needed

Ideal candidates will offer previous reception/clerical experience, strong customer service skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Finance experience (especially investment and banking) is a plus.

Position will be located on-site. COVID vaccination is required.

Schedule is 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Upon hire, we will process a criminal background check.
