Frankel Staffing Partners is recruiting for a receptionist for a local and well-known Real Estate group. Our client is actively recruiting for a very articulate, customer-oriented individual to join its HR team and assume the role of Receptionist. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), who will maintain a professional, helpful attitude. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sharp, competent candidate looking to gain office experience in a professional environment. This role will also allow candidates to get an understanding of the real estate industry while working with an impressive team.

The candidate must be willing to manage a variety of duties, including:

  • Answering general office phone calls 
  • Filing documents
  • Interacting with and greeting clients and other office visitors
  • Handling general office administration duties, including typing, mailing, faxing, emailing, generating spreadsheets in Excel, etc.
