Receptionist/Administrative Support (Residential HOA Management) $17/hour
Our client, a reputable residential and business property management company located in Raleigh, seeks a Client Service Administrator.
This is an excellent position with a longstanding company that has served the area for over 25 years. The ideal candidate will be a very bright, highly capable self-starter with a natural inclination toward client service – someone who will thrive in a busy role and be comfortable wearing multiple hats. Growth potential exists for the right candidate.
We seek those who offer exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), as well as a positive, helpful attitude. Ideal candidate must be flexible to handle a range of duties, including responding to homeowner inquires, transferring calls, talking with vendors, and supporting the property manager. Excellent attention to detail as well as follow-up skills are essential.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school degree and professional business experience required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn industry specific software
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours. Offered compensation will be $17/hour. In addition, our client offers strong benefits upon permanent hire.
