Our client, a rapidly growing insurance company in the Raleigh area, is seeking additional clerical support in its Records department. We are targeting responsible, professional candidates who will work accurately, efficiently and independently.

This is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity with a reputable local insurance company where longevity is seen throughout departments due to strong company values. Reliable, focused candidates who possess a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail will do well in this Records Prep role. Growth potential exists over time for strong performers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing and updating documents
  • Entering data into an internal database
  • Scanning documents/information
  • Various administrative duties as assigned

Our client is targeting quick learners who are willing to take on a range of duties as needed; being flexible and able to multi-task will also be critical for success. Ideal candidates will offer previous data entry and/or clerical experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

This is a temp-to-hire position paying $12/hr. Employer-paid benefits are offered to permanent employees.
