Recruiter/HR Support, Behavioral Health Facility - Clinton, NC (On-site) /Direct Hire

Our client, a Clinton, NC organization that provides support to those who are in recovery, is in high growth mode and actively recruiting for a very capable and self-directed candidate to lead Recruitment and other HR efforts.

This Recruiter/HR Support professional will help build its rehabilitation team as well as HR policies and procedures.  This is a ground floor opportunity, and we seek those who enjoy a fast paced, roll up your sleeves setting. 

The select candidate will lead recruiting for med techs to psych techs to counselors and nursing staff.  Additional duties will include new employee orientation and onboarding, among other things.

Schedule:  Full-time, during business hours

Salary: $55-60,000’s a year

Requirements: 4 years degree (BS/BA), experience recruiting behavioral health, mental health or health care staff; MS Office expertise; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
