Frankel Staffing Partners, a top-tier staffing firm in the Triangle area, is seeking a bright and highly capable individual to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional (recent grads welcome) who wants to utilize their strong people skills to learn and grow in a very diverse role. The ideal fit is a reliable, motivated candidate offering a combination of excellent organizational skills, an eagerness to assist others, and the desire to make an impact and contribute to the team. This is a front desk position supporting all aspects of the business and a great chance to learn the skills needed to become a recruiter and HR representative. We need a flexible, adaptable team player who enjoys and is able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a people-first mentality. Strong customer service skills are critical.

In addition to handling phones and administrative tasks/projects, this role will include:

· Recruiting Support – screening and scheduling candidates; candidate testing; reference checks; application and file processing; job order support.

· Client Service – quality control calls; job order collection; candidate and employee assistance.

· HR – payroll support; pre-employment screenings; new hire orientations; E-verify.

We need a versatile quick-study who, once trained, is eager to learn and layer on additional tasks. Further, we seek a candidate who possesses an “overachiever” personality, problem-solving skills, good instincts/common sense, and the ability to switch gears with little notice without compromising the accuracy, professionalism and quality of their work. Someone who is not easily overwhelmed by disruptions and shifting priorities and is willing to figure out and resolve issues as they arise.

Our target candidate will offer a BA/BS with some office experience and a very strong work ethic. Additionally, we need a candidate with good follow-up skills, strong written and verbal communications skills, and exceptional attention to detail. Someone who is compliance and process driven is most likely to succeed due to the need to apply HR policies and procedures to everyday responsibilities.
