Our client, a staffing firm in the Raleigh area, is looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional Recruiting Assistant to help assist with data upkeep for their recruiting team. This is a diverse role handling administrative functions, client service, as well as general recruitment support. 

It is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to expand their HR experience and gain valuable insight into the industry with a top-notch recruiting firm.

Some responsibilities will include:

  • Entering assignments and candidates’ information, making sure that information is put into database system correctly.
  • Manages general data entry of information including submission dates, interview details, offer details.
  • No client contact, working with recruiting team internally.

Desired skills/experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a Customer Service focused role
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to details.  
  • BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Finally, this is an administrative/coordinator role, providing support to recruiting teams.  This role works in close partnership with Talent Management Executives as they successfully move through a search.

This is a 3-6 month temporary assignment set to start in November but does have the possibility to extend longer term. Pay is $19.23/hour.  If interested, please send MS Word resume for review.  Local candidates only please
