Frankel Staffing Partners is seeking a self-directed, highly motivated recruiting associate to join our expanding team. Our firm has been providing premium service throughout the Triangle for more than 25 years and we are grateful to continue to grow and succeed in reaching our goals. We need someone who truly understands the importance of putting “fit”, as well as service to customers and candidates, above all else.  

This position involves working within a close-knit team as a staffing and recruitment specialist, providing service and support to a diverse selection of industries and companies, with a diverse range of needs. Placements will include temp-to-hire, direct hire and temporary/contract positions, primarily in Customer Service, Administrative Support, Legal, Marketing, Accounting/Finance and a variety of other Office Support functions.

This is not a sales role and we are not seeking a sales background. This is a sourcing and staffing position. We are not competing with each other –we strive to work as a team to make a difference in the lives and businesses of our candidates and customers and seek a recruiting associate who is eager to be a part of this.

 We want a recruiter who:

  • Enjoys and succeeds in both the “hunt” for candidates, as well as the relationship building involved in overseeing client accounts.
  • Is goal oriented and takes an independent, proactive approach to recruiting, while also performing exceedingly well as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
  • Loves helping people find their right fit with a company (and company with an employee), while also helping their colleagues do the same for their candidates and clients.
  • Demonstrates top-notch organizational and follow-up skills along with the desire to learn, absorb and build upon their already established knowledge and experience.

Our ideal candidate will have an engaging, “go-getter” personality and strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with good instincts for assessing people, situations and solutions. A recruiter who can understand and analyze client needs in order to find the best options for each position. Professional demeanor, sense of urgency, and excellent prioritization and time management skills are essential. Must possess the ability to keep pace and juggle multiple priorities without compromising attention to details.  

2-3 years of recruiting experience utilizing a variety of resources and job boards is needed. BA/BS degree preferred. Experience writing ads a plus.
