Recruiting Coordinator/HR support (Raleigh)
Frankel Staffing Partners is seeking a very bright, capable, highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. After 25 years of providing top-notch service throughout the Triangle, our firm continues to grow and succeed in reaching its goals. We’re seeking a junior level recruiter who truly understands the importance of putting “fit”, as well as quality service to customers and candidates, above all else. This position involves working within a close-knit team to provide service and support to a diverse selection of companies and industries, with a diverse range of needs. In addition to recruiting and staffing, this position will provide HR support to various aspects of the business. We need a flexible team player who is eager to assist and enjoys juggling multiple tasks while always maintaining a people-first mentality. Strong customer service skills are critical.
This is not a sales role, and we are not seeking a sales background. This is a sourcing and staffing position with HR and administrative support responsibilities. We need an independent self-starter who takes a proactive approach to recruiting, while also performing exceedingly well as part of a collaborative, committed and supportive team. We seek someone who loves helping people find their right fit with a company (and company with an employee), while also performing multiple HR/office support functions such as answering the phones, scheduling candidates, completing references, and assisting with applicant processing and employee orientations. We strive to work as a team to make a difference in the lives and businesses of our associates and customers and seek a coordinator who is eager to be a part of this.
Our ideal candidate will possess an “overachiever” personality combined with good instincts for assessing people, situations and solutions. 1+ years of recruiting experience is needed. A professional demeanor, strong organizational skills and an outstanding ability to keep pace and juggle multiple priorities is critical. BA/BS degree is preferred.
