This position supports all aspects of the business and is a great chance to learn the skills needed to become a recruiter and HR representative. We need a flexible, adaptable team player who enjoys and is able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a people-first mentality. Strong customer service skills are critical.

In addition to handling administrative tasks/projects, this role will include:

  • Recruiting Support – screening and scheduling candidates; candidate testing; reference checks; application and file processing; job order support.
  • Marketing Support – contributing to social media posts, website maintenance and KPI tracking.
  • Client Service – quality control calls; job order collection; candidate and employee assistance.
  • Human Resources – pre-employment screenings; onboarding; e-verify.

We need a versatile quick-study who, once trained, is eager to learn and layer on additional tasks.

Further, we seek a candidate who possesses an “overachiever” personality, problem-solving skills, good instincts/common sense, and the ability to switch gears without compromising the accuracy, professionalism and quality of their work.

Our targeted candidate will offer a BA/BS with some office experience and a strong work ethic. Additionally, we need a candidate with good follow-up skills, strong written and verbal communications skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
