Our client, a professional networking society, is seeking temporary assistance at an upcoming conference in downtown Raleigh. Multiple people are needed to assist with registration, bag/badge stuffing, and assisting with giveaway stations.  

We are looking for 8+ customer service-oriented professionals who can assist with this short-term temporary need. This is a great opportunity to pick-up some extra cash for a few days of work! Various shifts available on varying days.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stuffing bags with badges, flyers, drink tickets, and various other event related handouts.
  • Registering guests and entering data into a computer system.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a superior level of professionalism.

Key details of assignment:

Timeframe: October 15th – October 19th  

Location: Raleigh Convention Center

Wage: $15/hr + $15/day to cover parking expenses

Shift options (including weekday and/or weekend needs):

  • Saturday October 15th
    • 10:30am - 6:00pm
  • Sunday October 16th
  • 1:30pm – 7:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 7:00pm
  • 6:30am – 7:00pm
  • 6:30am – 6:00pm
  • 6:30am – 4:00pm
  • 6:30am – 2:30pm
  • Monday October 17th
  • Tuesday October 18th
  • Wednesday October 19th
