Temporary Processing Coordinator (Banking) - $18/hr
Our client, a commercial bank headquartered in Raleigh, is actively seeking a sharp and self-directed candidate to assume a support role on its commercial servicing team. This is a temporary position, lasting a minimum of 3-6 months, and is an immediate need. This company is undergoing an expansion and this is a great opportunity to become part of a growing team. Candidate must love keeping busy and staying on task, being able to multi-task through the day.
The Processing Coordinator will be responsible for the daily life of loan servicing, including handling system maintenance requests, posting of payments, handling payoffs and advances, NSF processing, ACH set-up, and other assigned duties.
Coordinators will perform high volume, time-sensitive duties which include:
- Working with branch personnel, both verbally and in writing, in researching and problem-solving
- Providing support and/or problem resolution, both orally and/or in writing to branches
- Remaining current with changing departmental procedures, bank policies, federal, state, and other governmental rules, and regulations
Key things to note:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Location: Raleigh office
Requirements: Prior experience in banking, teller or financial services required
Ability to work in high volume, time-sensitive environment
Excellent attention to detail is a must
