Meet Our Founders
As President of Frankel Staffing Partners, Rod is proud to lead this highly respected, award-winning, local staffing firm that specializes in identifying quality employment matches between premier employers and top-tier applicants.
Prior to founding Frankel Staffing Partners, Rod was a Senior HR Executive with Club Med, the international hospitality company. As the North American Director of Human Resources, Rod recruited throughout Canada, Mexico and the U.S. to fill hundreds of positions at the Club Med properties.
Since his arrival in Raleigh to launch Frankel Staffing Partners, Rod has become an active participant in the local business community.
He’s been a member of the Executive Committee of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, where he led the Membership Services Department and was Chairman of the Chamber’s Business Expo. Rod is the former Chairman of the North and Central AM Networks, a business networking and educational organization. He is also the former President of his Rotary Club and has been active in a variety of local and international Rotary programs. Rod has been a member of the Advisory Council of Goodwill Industries, Wake Education Partnership and Wake Tech’s Employment Council. He is a Past-President of Occoneechee Council of the Boy Scouts of America and currently serves on the Executive Committee as Chair of the Long Range Planning Committee. He is also instrumental in conducting a variety of training programs for both youth and adult Scouts.
Rod is actively sought as a speaker and trainer by many of the businesses and associations in the Triangle and throughout the country.
Lee Frankel is a leading and highly respected recruitment professional in the Triangle business community, with particular expertise in the Life Sciences and Financial/Business Management fields.
As Frankel Staffing Partners’ principal owner and Vice-President of Recruitment and Operations, Lee is a mentor, coach, and leader to all of her employees as well as an advisor, teacher and friend to countless job applicants. She is a trusted consultant and business partner to dozens of corporate clients and has always been the cohesive force in maintaining her company’s operational excellence. Lee is Frankel Staffing Partners’ lead recruitment and placement specialist, and is a recruiter of choice in the rapidly growing life sciences industry.
Prior to founding Frankel Staffing Partners, Lee held a senior management role with Arthur Andersen & Co., the international public accounting firm. Lee held various roles as a CPA and Human Resources Management professional, culminating in her assuming the role of Director of Manpower Utilization for the Metro New York area.
Lee Frankel’s broad-based business expertise, absolute dedication to her clients, and strong personal ethics form the cornerstone of Frankel Staffing Partners’ business practices and the basis for its excellent reputation in the Triangle business community.
