Customer Service Coordinator (Hotel/Catering Resources) – Raleigh
Our client, a Raleigh-based provider of upscale products for the hospitality industry, has an immediate need for a bright and capable Customer Service Representative to join its Client Services team.
This company brings premium products to hotels, restaurants, caterers, etc. It is a high-expectations community that operates at a very fast pace and with highly dynamic conditions. The Client Services team must respond accordingly. We seek a Customer Service Representative who can contribute broadly.
Key Things to Note:
- The focus of this role is to ensure exceptional experiences for end users, dealers, and third-party sales representatives. Seek responsive and attentive communicator - one with keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- This CSR will take/process orders, address customer inquiries, research vendors, troubleshoot problems, maintain databases, etc. It is a high-energy, unpredictable setting and we seek candidates who thrive in similar environments.
- This is a highly collaborative role involving regular interface with other CSR team members, clients, colleagues, and vendors. Seek candidate with great communication and relationship-building skills.

- Position will be on-site at Raleigh office (a hybrid schedule will be available after training).
Selected responsibilities include:
- Complete order entry/data entry as needed into ERP system and transmit to warehouse
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders
- Provide data and support to help the sales team
- Answer phone calls daily and respond to voice messages
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service
- Provide product information, troubleshooting guidance, and assistance with orders or services
- Respond to customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate department
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's database
Selected candidate will bring related degree and 2+ years of customer service experience in the hospitality, service industry or similar. Experience working directly with clients will be important.
