Customer Support Specialist (Insurance) - $45K
Our client, a rapidly expanding insurance company in Raleigh, is seeking an efficient, productive, enthusiastic customer support specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong problem-solver who is customer focused and eager to achieve ongoing growth and development in a supportive team environment.
We need a self-motivated, highly capable candidate who can work well independently while also remaining mindful of team goals. The ability to multi-task and a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities is essential.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of calls
- Reviewing and organizing documents
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Assisting with policy file transfers
The ideal customer support specialist is a flexible, reliable, helpful professional with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to details. A quick learner with the ability to meet or exceed company and customer expectations by effectively prioritizing their work, projects, and requests.
Other qualifications needed:
- Self-directed and driven to independently manage their workload
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Smart, diplomatic, polished communication style
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook
