Our client, a premier residential apartment complex in Cary, NC, is seeking capable, professional, self-motivated individuals to fill a full-time and part-time opening on their team. The ideal applicant is flexible, eager to assist, and able to thrive in a changing, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently is essential. Previous leasing experience is not required, but can be helpful. Both recent graduates and candidates with applicable industry experience are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities include:

  • Regular communication with residents via phone, email, and in-office visits. 

  • Document management, filing, and database maintenance. 

  • Apartment prep for showing and completing tours with future residents.

  • Rent check and online payment processing.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately.
  • Flexible to adjust to shifting needs and priorities.
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Positions pay $16/hr. plus bonuses offered on newly signed lease agreements. Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, but requires working every other Saturday (with one day off during the week).
